My primary goal for every client is to make sure they achieve results and are happy. We will accomplish this by constantly changing our work out routines and offering dietary advice. I also record your weight and body measurements to track your progress through our training. My job is to keep you motivated to build a healthy lifestyle and accomplish fitness goals that never once seemed attainable.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

I also offer group boot camp classes for businesses and team building events. Having a boot camp class is a great way to stay on track with your workouts while on vacation and also create great team building with-in your organization. My classes consist of natural resistance training, along with specific muscle targeting exercises. The classes are very fun and also challenging for all ages. (Rates vary depending on class size)
